2. Memberships

2.1 Membership Levels: Memberships may include different levels of access, such as DIY, supported, or 1-1 packages. Specific benefits are outlined during the signup process.


2.2 Billing: Memberships are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Pricing and renewal details are communicated clearly upon enrolment.


2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.


2.4 Upgrades and Downgrades: Membership level changes can be requested and will take effect in the next billing cycle.

3: Refund Policy

3.1 Courses and One-Time Purchases: Due to the nature of our digital resources and memberships, all purchases are non-refundable. Once access is granted to the course materials, membership resources, or other digital content, refunds cannot be issued. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property and value of the resources provided.


However, if you experience any technical difficulties or have concerns about your purchase, please contact us at hello@diarmidsloan.com within 7 days, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.


3.2 Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your membership, you retain access until the end of the billing period.

All training resources, materials, and content are the intellectual property of Diarmid Sloan at Carbon Cog Limited. By accessing these resources, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the materials without written consent.
